How to withdraw from a crypto casino, and how long it takes

What happens between clicking Withdraw and seeing coins in your wallet, why some withdrawals get stuck, and what to do if yours does.

A crypto withdrawal has two parts: the casino approving it, and the blockchain moving it. The second part is predictable. The first is where most delays happen.

Step by step

  1. Check your balance is withdrawable. Money tied to an active bonus usually can't be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
  2. Open the cashier and choose Withdraw, then the coin and network.
  3. Paste your own wallet address. Double-check the network matches your wallet. Sending on the wrong network can lose the coins.
  4. Complete any security step, such as two-factor authentication or an email confirmation.
  5. Wait for approval, then for the network. Once the casino sends it, you can follow the transaction on a block explorer using its ID.

How long it should take

  • Casino approval: from instant to several hours at fast casinos. Some review every withdrawal manually.
  • Network: seconds for Lightning, minutes for USDT on Tron or Litecoin, 10–60 minutes for Bitcoin on-chain.

On WhatOBet, each casino page shows its withdrawal time and where that number comes from: what the casino claims, or what players report after being paid.

Why withdrawals get stuck

  • Unfinished wagering on an active bonus.
  • An ID check (KYC), often triggered above a set amount or by unusual activity.
  • Restricted country or VPN use, which most casinos treat as a breach of their terms.
  • Weekends and manual review queues.

If your withdrawal is late

  1. Ask support for the reason in writing, and for an expected date.
  2. Save everything: screenshots of the cashier, support chats, transaction IDs.
  3. Don't reverse or cancel and re-request repeatedly. It can reset the queue.
  4. If there's no clear answer after a few days, file a complaint. We review it, the casino gets 7 days to reply in public, and casinos that don't pay end up on our shame list.

A tip that helps

Withdraw winnings regularly instead of leaving them on the casino balance. It limits how much is at stake if something goes wrong, and it makes it easier to stick to your limits.
