WhatOBet reviews crypto casinos and publishes player votes and complaints. We don't run a casino, take bets or hold player funds. The site is for adults aged 18 or over.

Your email is never shown publicly. Private complaint details are visible only to you, the casino's verified representative and our team. We don't sell your data and we don't send your email to casinos, except to a casino's verified representative when you file a complaint about that casino.
Who processes data for us

- Resend Inc. (sending emails such as login links and complaint updates)
- Cloudflare Inc. (domain name system)
- Google Ireland Ltd. (analytics, only with your consent)
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
- Login links: 20 minutes, deleted after one day.
- Your account, votes and comments: until you delete your account.
- Published complaints: kept as a public record of how a casino handled a case, with your public name only. If you delete your account, we remove your email and keep the complaint without any link to you.
- Click records: up to 24 months, for affiliate reporting.
- Analytics cookies: up to 2 years, unless you withdraw consent.
